Frequently Asked Questions


You must be over 18 years of age to open a locker with us. We require one form of photographic identity from table 1 & one form of proof of address from table 2. There must be originals & produced at the time of your application to open a locker with us. We will retain a photocopy of each of these documents on our files/systems. You may also upload the same on our website.

Effortless application process - visit our website or facility:
1. Complete the registration form along with locker size and period preferred.
2. Upload your proof of identification and address or bring it along when you visit our facility for collection of keys.
Our Relationship Manager will help you book the registration slot and handover the key.
If you loose one or both key (additional key if you have opted for third key), please contact us immediately upon discovery of the loss of key, you will be provided with a reference number for this notification to us. A written notification must follow with this reference number quoted. You will need to make an appointment with us in order that you can be present when a lock smith attends to drill open your locker and replace the lock. You will be responsible for the cost of the replacement of lock and keys.

To ensure our customers absolute discretion, there is no camera surveillance inside the vault and Private Viewing Suites. You are guaranteed complete privacy in this space.
We shall contact you by email and phone; approximately one month before the agreement expires, inviting you to renew the agreement. If you do not wish to renew, both your keys (additional key if you have opted for third key) must be returned to us in person. You will also need to sign a declaration that you have cleared your contents from the locker.
If you wish to renew but are late in making the payments, your access to the locker will be suspended one day after expiry of agreement.

Please refer to our Terms and Conditions (clause no. 8) which provide details of what may not be stored in our lockers. Your signing of the agreement is an express understanding that you have read and will comply with this condition.
At SAFETRUNK we offer 24 hours service, 365 days a year. Request you to please pre book your slot on or before 1800 hours on same day to access your locker between 2300 hours to 0800 hours. Booking your slot will ensure that you will have priority entering your vault.
SAFETRUNK offers the same assurance as a safe deposit Locker in a bank or other financial institution. Please ensure that you have adequate insurance to cover your contents.
We have secure, custom designed and lockable viewing suites.
Access to the locker will be available only to the customer or joint holder in personal locker and authorized user 1 & 2 in corporate locker upon production of the key and verification of the registered biometrics and face recognition ID. You may also nominate one person in personal locker as nominee who must be aged 18 years or over and who may operate the locker in accordance with our Terms and Conditions (clause no. 9 and 14).
SAFETRUNK is not a bank. You don’t need to have a bank account with a minimum balance in order to reserve a locker at SAFETRUNK.
Should you prefer to add a personal layer of security to your belongings, you may choose to add a third lock and key to access your locker. Besides our Dual Key Security System, your locker can be accessed only after the third key is used. Please note that a third lock will be installed at an additional fee.
You can make a payment as per the following methods:

1. Bank Transfer – quoting your locker number in the narration in net banking.

2. Credit Card – on site, at the time of registration.

3. Debit Card / Cash – on site, at the time of registration.
